What is the Preserve?

The Preserve is an amenity-rich, senior living community in an intimate, boutique-style setting, providing progressive, comprehensive care and personalized service delivered with exceptional hospitality. The Preserve is part of Hope Preserve, a newly developed health care network of providers dedicated to caring for older adults and people with clinically-complex health needs. Hope Preserve is just one mile from Gulf Coast Medical Center, a state-of-the-art hospital.

What kinds of living options are available?

Assisted Living is designed to help each person maintain their highest level of independence by offering tailored personal and health care.

Memory Support is a home-like, entrance-controlled area for people with Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of memory loss offering enrichment programs to help each person live a whole and balanced life.

Skilled Nursing Long-Term Care is for those who require 24-hour care provided by professionally licensed nurses and certified nursing assistants for medically-complex conditions.

Skilled Rehabilitation is a healing-focused environment providing advanced rehabilitation technologies for adults of all ages to recover and return home following hospitalization from surgery, illness or injury.

The Preserve is a continuum of care, meaning that as health needs change, additional services are available without the need to move to another provider.

What are the apartments like?

All apartments and suites are private, with a private bathroom, kitchen or small kitchenette, closet, wall-mounted smart television and WiFi internet connection. Skilled nursing suites are fully-furnished with bed, furniture and closet.

What kind of services are available?

Three chef-prepared meals are served daily in our several dining venues. Housekeeping, laundry and linen, maintenance and coordinated transportation are available. Professionally licensed nurses and certified nursing assistants are on site 24-hours daily.

What amenities and activities are offered?

The Preserve is filled with beautiful and convenient amenities, inside and out, to make life so much more enjoyable. What does it cost?

The monthly fee for assisted living and memory support is based on the size and type of apartment or suite you choose and includes all meals, use of building amenities and scheduled activities. Assisted living care services are tailored for each person and available in packages. Skilled nursing living options are based on a daily rate. Medicare, Medicaid or private insurance plans may cover care services, please contact us to learn more.
