The Harbor Memory Support is a home-like, separate and entrance-controlled area for those with Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of memory loss. The Harbor is designed specifically for familiarity and many of our amenities convey fond memories. Each person enjoys a private suite, private bathroom, small kitchenette and wall-mounted smart TV. Services included weekly housekeeping, linen changes and personal laundry. Residents are encouraged to bring their own furniture and favorite mementoes to create a sense of personal identity.

Three nutritious, chef-prepared meals are served daily in the dining room. Residents can enjoy regularly-scheduled activities, events, entertainment and religious services in the great room. A community kitchen encourages regular activity, just like at home. Beauty salon and barber services are located on site. Outdoors is an entrance-controlled courtyard with lanais, walking paths and seating areas.

The full range of assisted living services

Dementia-certified nursing assistants and professionally licensed nurses are on site 24-hours daily. Assisted living services include medication management, diabetes care and other services as ordered by a physician. Nurses will maintain health information and coordinate appointments and follow-ups with physicians. Personal care services include morning and evening care, dining assistance, bathing and bathroom assistance, building escorts and others as needed.

Life enrichment

Creative, well-rounded recreation offers days and evenings filled with exercise, engaging activities, games and “It’s Never Too Late” (iN2L) enlightening technology experiences. Our music program includes a Reverie Harp, which is a lap-held harp that residents or music therapists can play to create calmness and joy through uplifting music and therapeutic vibrations. We listen and learn individual interests and offer meaningful activities to create a whole and balanced life for each person.
